Politica de reembolso
All our products in Isarena Beautyline´s are made with the best quality and packed with care. Our work is sent in the best condition for all our customers, that way you can enjoy it. But we know sometimes while packages are on their way to you after it has been shipped accidents can happen. In that case you can do the follow:
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We can replace the product, but cannot give your money back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or a number order and sent to us a photo evidence with the inconvenience, immediately; we will replace with any shipping cost, the same case if the package was sent to the incorrect address.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@isarenabeautylines.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Also important:
Changes in temperature or inclement weather along a shipping route can lead to damages or cause air to expand in the products (the product not defective, in that case just open the product and will come back to normal). Additionally, if the package is left outside of a person's home, unexpected rain can damage the package and its contents.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
